Wto Agreement In Hindi

The United States asserts that India has now become a powerful force in the economic sector and should not provide export subsidies. The WTO decision is important because India exports the most to the United States. The United States accounts for about 16% of total Indian exports. India has decided not to sign the World Trade Organization (WTO) Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA). India made this decision on 24 July 2014 at the 160-member meeting of the WTO General Council in Geneva, Switzerland. The decision was made on the basis of Prime Minister Narendra Modi`s position that India would not approve the signing of the ADFA protocol if its food security fears were not dispelled. The history of the World Trade Organization begins on April 15, 1994, when a four-day dialogue began in Marrakech, a Moroccan city. The conference was chaired by Peter Sutherland, the first Executive Director of the GTF/GATT General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade.
